Paul is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pearl Street Capital Partners. Prior to founding PSCP, Paul was an investor at Bertram Capital and prior to that worked in sponsor leveraged finance at Deutsche Bank.

Paul currently serves on the board of directors of Prime Providers Home Care, AIA Corporation, NCS Global Services, Nautilus Holdings, Aligned Exteriors Group and Measurement Control Systems. Paul graduated from Harvard College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
